03 FX Fitness LTD Under The New Management

So who else is involved in FX Fitness LTD.

Well we know that Nana Ghunney is the director of this company and the new shareholders are not visible on Companies House yet.

The following employees also worked for that business when friends trained there:

Dela Amagavi
Emmanuel Ghunney referred to as SP.
Also saw this dude around the building.

Heard people call him Eric.  Another said he is the brother of Nana.  So we have the players in this.  The Ghunney's and Dela Amagavi.


Looking at the Facebook page, the members were not too impressed with the new management.  There was no communication from them as to the plans for FX and the Facebook page would often have posts from the FX Management which shows a lack of customer service skills and making no one responsible for what goes on.
The questions that we hope to uncover is:

Did Nana Ghunney ever have the funds to renovate FX Fitness LTD as it needed it.
Did he plan to lure another party into to provide funding for this and if so, how was that structured, was it done legally, is there a case for corporate or criminal fraud.

02 The Beginning

Looking at the Facebook Page for FX Power Gym, the management changed at the beginning of the year.  And while FX Power Gym did not exist as a limited company, it has only been located at 27 Tamworth Pl, Croydon CR0 1RB.

FX Fitness is a limited company and but any search on Google maps always brings up FX Power Gym.  So the question is FX Power Gym a brand name with FX Fitness LTD to market the business to bodybuilders?  Hopefully, we will get to the bottom of this.

There is also another company at that same address called Lion's Pride MMA.  This is a limited company.

Let's start with FX.  What do we know?

Let's start with FX Fitness LTD.  We know that FX Fitness LTD had a new director as of the 25/01/2016.  And the previous directors and secretary resigned.  In February Facebook mentioned that FX Power Gym was under new management.

Looking at Companies House, the new director of FX Fitness LTD is Nana-Yaw'For Ghunney.  As for the shareholders in FX Fitness LTD.  Those who train there believed that an Eric Kofi Ghunney is a major shareholder in FX Fitness LTD.  But we are unable to confirm this yet.

So let's focus on Nana Ghunney for now.  One of the members of the new management referred to Nana as Jorge.  That makes sense because according to Companies House, Nana-Yaw'For Ghunney is listed as Spanish in nationality.

So who is running FX Fitness LTD.  Nana Ghunney, the professional on LinkedIn or Jorge Ghunney.
